How We Review and Check Betting Sites

EthiopiaBetting.Online is an independent guide for Ethiopian bettors. Since all local sports-betting licences were revoked on 15 December 2025, our main job is to tell readers which sites still exist, which have closed, and how to avoid fake copies. This page explains how we do that.
What We Check

Limits of Our Checks
- We check from outside Ethiopia; some sites block or show different content to foreign visitors, and results on Ethiopian networks can differ.
- We cannot see a bookmaker’s cashier without an account from Ethiopia, so payment information is marked as “reported” unless confirmed.
- Status can change quickly; always verify before you deposit.

Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you open an account through them, the bookmaker may pay us a commission. This does not change the status information we publish. We list international bookmakers as licensed abroad, never as licensed in Ethiopia.
