DashBet Ethiopia (2026): Login, Official Site, App & Status

Last updated: 4 October 2026

DashBet (also written Dash Bet or dashbet) is one of the most followed betting brands in Ethiopia — its official Telegram channel has around 78,000 subscribers. Because the brand now works through changing "mirror" domains, many people search for the real DashBet login page. This guide shows what we found when we checked in September 2026 and how to avoid fake copies.

Quick Answer: DashBet Status

Status	Online when we checked (4 October 2026), with a full sportsbook
Domains seen	dash.bet (dash6.bet, linked from the official Telegram channel, now redirects to dash.bet). The old dashbet.et no longer belongs to DashBet — it now shows an unrelated slot site.
Licence	DashBet was among the 22 companies suspended on 4 December 2025; all Ethiopian licences were revoked on 15 December 2025. It holds no Ethiopian licence now.
Payments (reported)	Telebirr, CBE Birr, SantimPay, Chapa — confirm in the cashier
Unpaid fees (ELS audit)	About 8.64 billion birr — the largest single shortfall of any operator

Which DashBet Site Is Real?

Searching for "DashBet" shows many look-alike domains. Some are review or affiliate pages that copy the DashBet name and logo; the old dashbet.et domain now shows a completely different gambling site. When we checked, the official DashBet Telegram channel was sending players to dash6.bet, and dash.bet loaded the same sportsbook.

DashBet Login and Registration

Open the current DashBet domain from the official channel.
Register with your own phone number; you will need it for deposits and withdrawals.
Use "Forgot password" on the site itself if you cannot log in.
If the site does not open at all, the domain may have changed — check the official channel again.

DashBet App

Only download an app from a link on the current official DashBet site. APK files shared in groups are a common way to steal accounts and mobile-money codes. The mobile website works without an app.

DashBet and the ELS Audit

In September 2026 Ethiopian media reported the findings of an Ethiopian Lottery Service (ELS) audit covering July 2023 to December 2025. Licensed operators processed about 199 billion birr in bets but paid only about 3.6 billion birr of roughly 30 billion birr in commissions they owed, leaving a shortfall of about 27.5 billion birr. Dash Betting was named as the largest single debtor, at about 8.64 billion birr. The ELS says it will take legal measures to recover the money.

For players this matters in two ways. First, DashBet is unlikely to receive a new Ethiopian licence quickly while this is unresolved. Second, the same reports say about 20 billion birr went through unlicensed betting platforms in September 2026 alone, so banks and mobile-money providers are under pressure to block betting payments. Deposits and withdrawals on sites like DashBet can stop without warning. Follow the Ethiopia betting relaunch page for official news.

Is DashBet Safe?

DashBet is popular, but it operates without an Ethiopian licence, and its domain keeps changing. That means you have no local consumer protection if a withdrawal fails. Deposit small amounts first and test a withdrawal before playing with more. The Ethiopian Lottery Service asks the public to report illegal operators via short code 9695.

DashBet Alternatives Available to Ethiopian Players

If DashBet does not open for you or you prefer an established international bookmaker, compare these options:

1win Big sportsbook with Aviator and a 500% first-deposit bonus. Promo code: ETHIOB	Visit 1win →
Megapari Large football market list and frequent promotions; licensed abroad (Anjouan). Promo code: ETHIOBET	Visit Megapari →
Melbet Low minimum deposit and Amharic/English support.	Visit Melbet →

Payment methods and offers change; open the cashier and confirm the method before you deposit. 21+ only. All Ethiopian sports-betting licences were revoked on 15 December 2025 and no operator is currently licensed in Ethiopia; the international bookmakers above are licensed abroad, not in Ethiopia. Check the legal status before you deposit, and gamble responsibly.
